All projects are initiated only after mutual agreement on the scope of work, pricing, and deliverables. Payments made towards design, development, consulting, or other professional services are considered payment for time, expertise, and resources allocated to your project.
Advance payments or booking fees are generally non-refundable, as they reserve project scheduling and cover the initial planning, research, consultation, and project setup.
Refunds may be considered only under exceptional circumstances, including:
Payment was made due to a duplicate transaction.
Payment was processed incorrectly because of a technical error.
The project has not commenced and both parties mutually agree to cancel the engagement.
Any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
Refunds will generally not be provided in the following circumstances:
Work has already commenced.
Design concepts, development work, or consultation services have been delivered.
Delays are caused by the client’s failure to provide required information, approvals, or materials.
The client changes project requirements after work has begun.
The client decides not to continue the project after work has started.
The client is dissatisfied due to personal preference after agreed revisions have been completed.
Client satisfaction is important. Where applicable, reasonable revisions will be provided according to the agreed project scope before considering any dispute regarding deliverables.
Requests outside the agreed scope may be treated as additional work and may incur separate charges.
Due to the nature of digital products, creative assets, design files, source code, documents, downloadable resources, and other digital deliverables cannot be returned once delivered. Accordingly, payments for such deliverables are generally non-refundable.
Clients may request cancellation before project work begins. If work has already commenced, any refund will be at the sole discretion of hiteshigarg.in after considering the amount of work completed and resources already allocated.
Where a refund is approved, it will typically be processed within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
